"Alle opdrachten worden met terzijdestelling van art. 7:404 en 7:407(2) BW uitsluitend aanvaard en uitgevoerd door Pilotes BV. Op onze werkzaamheden zijn van toepassing onze algemene voorwaarden gedeponeerd bij de Rechtbank te Maastricht. Deze voorwaarden liggen bij ons ter inzage, kunnen worden geraadpleegd op www.pilotes.nl, en worden op verzoek kosteloos toegezonden. Iedere aansprakelijkheid is beperkt tot het bedrag dat in voorkomend geval onder onze aansprakelijkheidsverzekering wordt uitbetaald, en bij gebreke daarvan, tot het door ons terzake van de opdracht in rekening gebrachtehonorarium gedurende het laatste jaar."

"All instructions are accepted and executed by Pilotes BV. The articles 7:404 and 7:407 (2) of the Dutch Civil Code are expressly excluded. Our general terms and conditions, filed at the district court in Maastricht,apply to all our activities. A copy of these general terms and conditions is available at www.pilotes.nl , can be examined at our office and on request a copy will also be sent by post, free of charge. If the carrying out of an instruction by Pilotes BV gives rise to liability, this liability shall be limited to the sum paid out under Pilotes BV liability insurance. If the insurer makes no payment under the insurance policy, any liability shall be limited to the fee charged over the last year with respect to the instruction."
